FAQ

  • We process C41 (colour) and BnW films in all formats - including disposables!

    E6 and ECN-2 coming soon!

  • Our average turnaround time is 5-6 working days.

    Up to date turnaround times will be advised in-store.

    NOTE: Working days are Mon - Fri only.

  • Yes! We offer a 24-hour rush service where you can get your scans by 5PM on the next working day. The cut-off time for this service is 2PM.

    This service cost an additional £5 per roll.

    📢 NOTE: We can also offer same-day, at our discretion - depending on workload. Please enquire in store!

  • Our film processing service is only available in-store only at the moment.

    But fear not! We’re working around the clock to build a shiny new website, so that you can order online and mail-in your film to us 🙌
